Thankful - Day #4

Today we are thankful for the pooches who give us laughter, snuggles, and (as Chris likes to mention every hour or so) something to blame our farts on.

Thankful - Day #3

Today we are thankful for our grandparents.

We are thankful for grandparents who ride trains halfway across the country to be at our wedding.

We are thankful for sisters who light up our days and lighten our load. Thank you ladies for helping to shape us into the people that we are today. You've helped to make Melissa strong and sweet. You've helped to make Chris brave and thoughtful. We love you and miss the ones that we can't see near as often as we would like. Thank you for being in our lives!

Thankful - Day #1

We are thankful for the kiddos in our life that make us laugh and make us proud. We have awesome nieces and nephews that range in age from 3 years old to a SENIOR in high school! We are blessed beyond measure. We couldn't be more thrilled to know and love each and every one of them.

A'paco'lypse

We would like to introduce everyone to our youngest. 

Here is A'paco'lypse to be known as Paco for short.

Soooo obviously after seeing the pictures above we NEEDED this puppy...

Super Jayden

My nephew celebrated his 3rd birthday this past weekend. He NEEDED his own cape for his superhero themed party.

Auntie Missy stepped in and finally broke out the old sewing machine.

Super Jayden was ready to keep everyone safe in their hour of need! He is the cutest superhero around!!!

I die!

Due to my recent surge in ordering, Shutterfly decided to give me a free 11" by 14" print. (The surge is mostly motivated by needing to finally use my groupon/living social deals that I've bought over the past few months.) I was so excited and knew just which one to print...

Yep I am 100% that doggy mommy. 

I cried when it came... true story. I just love this poochador like none other. Chris likes to call us "besties with no testes" because well... we are best friends and we are each without testes. That's my hubby for you; He speaks the truth and he never fails to make me laugh.

I ordered a frame for it from Amazon but sadly it came damaged and I had to wait for the replacement to come AND THEN the replacement came damaged... and then I cried again. ;-) 

So I made a run to Ross and asked myself why I didn't do this in the first place anyway. I heart Ross. I found a few other things that I "needed."

HERE is the most handsome picture of the most wonderful dog framed and on display in all of its glory.

Yep, that is an autographed picture of Mickey & Minnie to Rico's left.

Hopefully I have learned that a trip to Ross is just about always a good idea!
